The boy is understood to be in a 'stable' condition at private clinic, Nuestra Senora del Rosario which is also where a 21-year-old Brit was taken in the early hours of Thursday morning.
It remains unclear where in the beach resort village of Es Canar that .the boy was pulled to safety, but it was at the adult-only Jet Apartments where the man plunged from a second-floor balcony last week.
He was admitted to intensive care with multiple injuries including head injuries.
Carl Shepherd, 28, known to pals and relatives as Daniel, died at the same apartment complex in August 2017 after a three-floor 5.30am plunge.
It was reported afterwards he had fallen asleep on a ledge between the terrace of the apartment he was in and a neighbouring apartment.
